Inaugural “Cameron DuBois’ Par-Tee DOWN Classic Golf Tournament” will take place at Lagoon Park Golf Course in Montgomery, Alabama on July 1st

All tournament golfers & concert attendees may register now at CameronDubois.com/Golf

MONTGOMERY, Ala.Country rocker Cameron DuBois recently announced the formation of her very own charity golf tournament benefiting the Montgomery Area Down Syndrome Outreach Group, which she aptly named Cameron DuBois’ Par-Tee Down Classic Golf Tournament. Today, Cameron announces that registration for the inaugural event on July 1st at Lagoon Park Golf Course in Montgomery is now officially open at CameronDuBois.com/golf

“This will be my first time hosting a charity event and I am so excited to dive into a whole new realm of fundraising,” Cameron said. “I’ve never hosted a golf tournament before, but I have a wonderful team helping me out. My hope is that with enough community support we can turn this into an annual event.”

There are several options which the community can support including a limited number of sponsorships, individual or foursome group green fees, or fans can purchase stand-alone shrimp boil and concert tickets without playing golf. 100% of the proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to the Montgomery Area Down Syndrome Outreach Group (MontgomeryAreaDownSyndrome.com) to support families and children throughout central Alabama who are living with down syndrome.

“I have a family member who is dear to me with Down syndrome, so this is a very personal cause to support for me,” said Cameron. “Since the day he was born I have become active, reconnected with old friends, and developed many great relationships within the community.”
